The beds were fine and house keeping kept the room as clean as they possibly could. The room was clean and centrally located but very small. Don't expect to be able to swing a cat, and think thin when you want to use the shower or sink, the door is so narrow, you have too- there is nothing missing, its just squeezed into a very tight space, guess because its a central location -. We didn't use the breakfast room while we were there so can't comment . You can also walk to the Hauptbahnhof. And that was what we were looking for for the two nights we stayed there. Location is superb, lots of nice places to eat and drink and trains and trams are only a few minutes walk away from the hotel, also it was nice being so close to Alexanderplatz, Brandenburg gate, holocaust memorial etc, overall i would recommend this hotel. This hotel has no parking you have to park on the street and use pay meter. The hotel is in a great location and costumer service was very friendly. Safe, quiet location. The large window helped, looking over at a gallery which I was unable to visit due to its opening hours. For specific inquiries, we recommend calling ahead to confirm. It really does need sorting out for the comfort of the guests. Breakfast is fair for 13 euros, but parking - in the street with a vignette they give you - for 11 euros a day is high. Would definitely revisit. very quiet. The hotel is easily reached from the airport via the excellent Berlin train system. The hotel is very clean and is well located, close to the station and river, with plenty of places to eat and drink within a few minutes and the museums within walking distance (albeit a reasonable stroll). The rooms were clean although I noticed the floor of the lobby didn't look all that clean. Toilet has it's own door but nothing separates the room itself from the shower (great water pressure and hot water) so you better be comfortable with yourself and your partner if you stay here. There is a metro station nearby as well as shops and bars. Room was spotlessly clean, comfortable (if a trifle warm at night) and staff was friendly. Yes, it offers wheelchair access and facilities for disabled guests. Not what you'd want to eat in Berlin but handy to have if you arrive back at the hotel late after a long day of sightseeing.
